Glass substrate heating and cooling device
This is a device optimized to establish the manufacturing process for heating and cooling glass substrates. The hot plate and cool plate sections utilize the heat distribution technology developed over many years by Hakkou Electric Manufacturing. It is designed with consideration for use in a clean room.
The suction utilizes the rising airflow of heated air! There are versions for three shells and for one shell.
The "Hot Buster" uses Peltier elements for heating and cooling. It utilizes the rising airflow of heated air for suction. The smoke rises quickly and operates continuously in a repeated manner.
